Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding banking products, transactions, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow required procedures.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service etiquette.
- Meet defined performance metrics, productivity targets, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Call Center / Voice Process.
- Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
