Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding banking products, transactions, and account-related queries.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow required procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer service etiquette.
  • Meet defined performance metrics, productivity targets, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Call Center / Voice Process.
  • Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
