Job Description – International Voice Process
Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Mumbai (All Locations)
Shift: US / UK / AUS Rotational Shifts
Salary: 18,000 – 60,000 (Based on Experience)
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Handle inbound & outbound calls for international customers (US/UK/AUS).
•Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
•Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
•Follow company process guidelines and compliance policies.
•Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
•Maintain proper call documentation and CRM updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
•Minimum HSC / Graduate (Graduate preferred).
•Excellent English communication skills.
•Comfortable working in night shifts.
•Basic computer knowledge required.
•Freshers & Experienced both can apply (Salary as per experience).
