Job Overview

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International BPO process. The role involves handling global customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring high-quality service, quick resolution, and an excellent customer experience.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

•Manage inbound and outbound calls with international customers

•Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes

•Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently

•Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction

Support Functions

•Handle email and chat support (if applicable)

•Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step solutions

•Escalate complex cases to higher teams when required

•Maintain service quality standards

Documentation

•Update customer details in CRM/software

•Maintain proper call logs and case notes

•Follow company compliance and data security policies

Performance & Quality

•Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets (AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, Productivity)

•Follow call scripts and international communication standards

•Adhere to shift timings and attendance policies

•Participate in training and skill development sessions

Skills Required

•Excellent verbal & written English communication

•Neutral accent and clear pronunciation

•Active listening and problem-solving skills

•Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

•Typing speed with accuracy

•Ability to work in rotational/night shifts

•Good customer service attitude & patience

Eligibility Criteria

•HSC / Graduate (any stream)

•Freshers and experienced both can apply

•Prior international voice/chat experience preferred

•Age criteria as per company policy

Work Details

•Process: International (US / UK / AUS)

•Shifts: Rotational / Night shifts

•Working Days: 5 days working (2 rotational offs)

•Location: On-site / Hybrid / WFH (as per process)
