Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to an international customer base regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and effective support.
  • Document all interactions and customer information meticulously in the system.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Adhere to all company and international standards for data privacy and customer service.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to share best practices and contribute to overall service improvement.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, chat response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
