Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients in international markets (e.g., US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC).
- Develop and execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and online demos.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct needs analysis and product presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and explore up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to optimize lead-to-close success.
- Attend international trade shows, webinars, or online meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in international B2B sales
- Proven track record in closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and sales practices
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and target regions
