Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients in international markets (e.g., US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC).
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and online demos.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct needs analysis and product presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and explore up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to optimize lead-to-close success.
  • Attend international trade shows, webinars, or online meetings when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in international B2B sales
  • Proven track record in closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and sales practices
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and target regions
