Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
For International Process:
- Handle inbound or outbound calls/emails/chats from global customers.
- Provide support for services such as technical help, billing queries, or account management.
- Communicate fluently in English with global customers.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain call quality standards and data privacy compliance.
For Domestic Process:
- Manage customer interactions in local languages (e.g., Hindi, regional).
- Resolve service-related queries for telecom, banking, healthcare, or other sectors.
- Log customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to team leaders or supervisors.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English for international, local languages for domestic).
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Typing speed of 25–30 WPM (for non-voice roles).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 for international; day/night for domestic).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
