Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

For International Process:

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls/emails/chats from global customers.
  • Provide support for services such as technical help, billing queries, or account management.
  • Communicate fluently in English with global customers.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain call quality standards and data privacy compliance.

For Domestic Process:

  • Manage customer interactions in local languages (e.g., Hindi, regional).
  • Resolve service-related queries for telecom, banking, healthcare, or other sectors.
  • Log customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Escalate complex issues to team leaders or supervisors.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English for international, local languages for domestic).
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Typing speed of 25–30 WPM (for non-voice roles).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 for international; day/night for domestic).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
