Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to the hiring of candidates for internal positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
- Present job offers and negotiate compensation packages in line with company policies.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of recruitment activities to HR management and department heads.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed and the process is seamless.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
