Program Overview:

The IFIN Global Internship Program is designed to train and develop aspiring professionals in the areas of Recruitment, Training, and Placement. During this internship, participants will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, talent engagement, and campus-to-corporate placement strategies.

This program also serves as a foundation for future roles within IFIN Global as Talent Champions and Recruitment Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.
• Work closely with the Recruitment and Talent Development teams on hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus engagement and placement activities.
• Support training coordination for the IFIN EDGE Program (Skill development & job readiness).
• Maintain candidate databases and assist in pre-screening and interview scheduling.
• Learn and apply recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Participate in weekly performance reviews and assessments during the internship.
• Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment and onboarding process.
