Job Description

The HR Intern will support the recruitment process and assist in core HR activities while receiving comprehensive training. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, interview coordination, and day-to-day HR operations in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews with applicants across multiple roles.
  • Manage internal and external communication related to hiring and HR activities.
  • Participate in HR training sessions to develop functional knowledge and practical skills.
  • Support administrative HR tasks as required.
