Interior Soft Trims

•Lead product design and development of automotive interior soft trim components such as headliners, parcel shelves, and carpet insulation

•Define and validate manufacturing processes for soft trims including compression molding and plastic injection molding

•Ensure compliance with BSR, NVH, and regulatory performance requirements for domestic and international markets (Europe/US)

•Drive the entire product life cycle for soft trim components from concept to release

•Manage tolerance stack‑up and GDT to ensure design accuracy and fitment

•Coordinate cross‑functional activities with suppliers, design teams, and stakeholders for successful component development

•Utilize CATIA and PLM systems for design, engineering data management, and change control

•Support engineering design release and change management processes

•Mentor and lead junior engineers while collaborating with internal teams
