Interior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, and carpentry works.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create actionable execution plans.
• Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct site audits, progress reviews, and client-ready handovers as per deadlines.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and design issues efficiently without compromising quality.

Planning & Cost Management

• Manage BOQs, budgets, procurement, and project cost control.
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and MIS updates for management review.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE protocols, and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams for alignment on deliverables.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
• Ensure smooth coordination between site and office teams for project execution.
