Intelligent Automation Developer

Alcon is looking to hire Intelligent Automation Developer who is responsible for driving productivity and accuracy relative to set strategies and objectives across the AGS regulatory operations team.

Human Resources Information Systems Administration & Reporting (HRIS) work focuses on vendor selection, configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for an HR information system including:

• Processing employee information and maintaining employee records in the HRIS
• Preparing statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records
• Ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing Automation process solutions according to the standard Automation design principles and conventions and in accordance with Operational needs
• Coding and scripting in any of the automation tools & should be able to fix or resolve issues with the Automation
• Configuring new Automation using core automation tool that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Building and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT, UAT and Rollout phases
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
• Successfully manage issues that arise in every single day because of running the Automation processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• RPA Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing RPA solutions with Automation Anywhere
• Re-usable Components: Proven experience in creating re-usable components and implementing them in bots
• SQL Skills: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with databases
• OCR Technologies: Experience with OCR technologies like IQBOT or document automation or MS Azure Document Intelligence
• Programming Skills: Familiarity with coding languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, and working with SOAP/REST services
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals
