Integration Tester

The mission of the Test Automation Engineer role is to enhance software quality through effective automation strategies that align with the organization s vision of delivering reliable and scalable applications to clients

Main activities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality releases
• Work on SaaS-based applications, validating APIs, data integration, UI workflows, and scalability
• Analyze test results, track bugs, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (eg, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Participate in design and code reviews, offering feedback on testability and quality
• Continuously improve test processes and automation coverage to support fast-paced agile delivery

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and QA
• Strong programming skills in Java, Selenium, and Selenide
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, APM
• Deep understanding of API testing (REST, SOAP) and mobile application testing
• Experience working in cloud-native applications on platforms like AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms (eg, Salesforce, Workday, Pega)
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and test management tools like JIRA
• Experience with performance/load testing tools (eg, JMeter, Gatling) is a plus
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow
• Knowledge of security testing practices and tools
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (eg, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of performance engineering and optimization techniques
