Leads Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution.
Identifies and addresses project problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets.
Tracks progress, identifies and resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules to ensure smooth project operations.
Supports in the preparation of status and technical content to CIPT and management.
Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.
Work closely with IPT members and authorities on hardware field investigations to drive root cause and recommend product improvements.
Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the projects to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.
Support in the execution of risks assessments and mitigation plans.
Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences.
Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts.
Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company
