Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle PL, CL, or EB transactions across the lifecycle including submissions, quotes, carrier coordination, and document verification.
- Update and maintain records in CRM / FSC systems accurately.
- Perform servicing tasks such as endorsements, certificates, invoicing, billing validation, EOC processing, and client query resolution.
- Support licensed Account Managers in licensed workflows.
- Adhere to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documented SOPs.
