Instrumentation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organising and directing the Instrumentation Departments activities and manpower.
• Preparation of P&ID, instrument list, control philosophy, valve datasheets, instrument datasheets, interlocking diagram, cause & effect diagram, logic diagrams, control loop descriptions etc.
• Review of PFD, layout and 3D model.
• Preparation and checking of DCS specification
• Specify field Instruments and control systems for packages.
• Calculations for various instruments, valves, and other project requirements related to instrumentation.
• Participate in HAZOP review.
• Review of Plant Operating & Maintenance Manuals.
• Assistance in procurement engineering including vendor drawing and documents review & approval.
• Carryout engineering with the use of Instrumentation software like Intools, Cardworks, AutoCAD etc.
• Efficiently use of National and International standards as per requirement of project.
