Instrument Technican

Key Responsibilities

• Install online sensors for monitoring real-time parameters such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, etc.
• Calibrate online sensors as per manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive inspections to ensure sensor reliability
• Clean sensor components to prevent fouling and maintain accurate measurements
• Troubleshoot signal discrepancies, calibration errors, or hardware issues
• Perform repairs or replace faulty components like sensors, cables, and transmitters
• Validate sensor accuracy using tests and cross-checks with lab instruments or standards
• Ensure real-time data accuracy for process control and monitoring systems
• Support system integration activities related to sensors and their applications

Education Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or ITI Instrumentation

Behavioural Profile

• Detail-oriented with strong technical problem-solving abilities
• Proactive in maintenance and inspections
• Capable of working independently or within a technical team
• Adherence to safety and operational standards
