Instructional Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials that meet learning objectives.
• Apply established instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences.
• Utilize various instructional technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and multimedia tools, to create and deliver a wide range of instructional content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, clarify learning outcomes, and ensure accuracy of materials.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make improvements based on feedback and performance data.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials.
• Strong understanding and application of instructional design principles and best practices.
• Experience with instructional technologies such as learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and multimedia tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
