Job Description
- We are hiring an Instore Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should be presentable, customer-friendly, and proactive in assisting shoppers. This role involves handling product displays, stock checks, billing assistance, and maintaining a pleasant store environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers inside the store.
- Provide product information and promote offers or discounts.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock arrangement, and replenishment.
- Ensure store cleanliness and product display standards.
- Support the billing and packaging process if needed.
- Coordinate with the back-end team for stock updates.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
- Basic understanding of retail operations.
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
