Job Description

  • We are hiring an Instore Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should be presentable, customer-friendly, and proactive in assisting shoppers. This role involves handling product displays, stock checks, billing assistance, and maintaining a pleasant store environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers inside the store.
  • Provide product information and promote offers or discounts.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Assist in managing inventory, stock arrangement, and replenishment.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and product display standards.
  • Support the billing and packaging process if needed.
  • Coordinate with the back-end team for stock updates.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations.
  • Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
