Installation Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Site Execution

• Plan and oversee the physical installation of parking systems according to approved designs.

• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during installation activities.

• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Material & Resource Management

• Prepare material detailing and track site material requirements.

• Monitor shortages and coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams for timely supply.

• Allocate manpower and supervise on-site installation activities.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain daily site progress reports and update management on project status.

• Ensure installation activities follow project schedules and budgets.

• Use project tracking tools for monitoring progress and reporting.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve technical challenges on-site.

• Provide technical guidance and support to installation team members.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site management practices.

• Maintain adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
