Job Description

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective Pharma and Medical Devices clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to address their challenges
  • Maintain and update the database of potential leads
  • Follow up on warm leads and ensure consistent communication with prospective clients
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless lead handover
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and pipeline updates to the management.

This position requires

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the Pharma or Medical Devices industry
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma/Medical Devices market and its key challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients over the phone
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
