Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets in the US market
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design solutions for clients
- Travel internationally (primarily to the US) as required for client meetings
Must Have Skills:
- Proven hunting & quota-carrying experience in the US geography
- Strong track record in selling Digital Solutions AI, Data & Analytics, Product Engineering, Custom Software Development, Cloud, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in US time zone (Evening/Night IST)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in IT services sales targeting the US market
