Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and achieve sales targets in the US market
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design solutions for clients
  • Travel internationally (primarily to the US) as required for client meetings

Must Have Skills:

  • Proven hunting & quota-carrying experience in the US geography
  • Strong track record in selling Digital Solutions AI, Data & Analytics, Product Engineering, Custom Software Development, Cloud, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in US time zone (Evening/Night IST)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in IT services sales targeting the US market
