Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Minimum of 2-4 year of sales experience in a high-volume inbound and/or outbound environment.
• Prior experience with outbound cold calling, email prospecting, and objection handling across technical/telecom product/services
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity-based KPIs and performance targets.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track activity and manage leads.
• Experience in B2B sales, particularly within technology or telecommunications environments.
• Exposure to the telecommunications industry, including core connectivity solutions (wireless, wireline, networking).
• Familiarity with advanced technology or telecom solutions such as security, cloud, managed services, or SD-WAN.
• Experience qualifying opportunities using structured methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree.
