Job Description

Key Deliverables

  • To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy.
  • To manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their Ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
  • To support the software development team, technical support team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback.
  • To develop good client relationship.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product.
  • Open to support marketing activities w.r.t participation in trade shows, events and exhibitions held in US and Europe.
  • Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenarios.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects for sales closure

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of the technology space

Experience:

  • Should have 4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Enterprise Sales for USA region.
  • Outbound Sales on existing leads/ Business Development.
  • Ability to sense opportunity over email, phone or chat
  • Should be persuasive, go-getter with high energy level.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English used for business communication.
  • Sound understanding of Computer Hardware and Computer Networking
  • Excellent email articulation, Excel and presentation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Timely follow-up on all the software lead opportunities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the client for closing the deal.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Sales force etc.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Qualification

  • BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers or B.Sc. (IT).
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing/ International business is preferred.
