Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Opportunity Sourcing

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and email campaigns. Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate interest in the company's products or services.

Customer Needs Assessment

  • Understand customer requirements and business needs to provide suitable solutions, ensuring a personalized and effective sales approach.

Opportunity Qualification & Handover

  • Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives for further development, negotiation, and closure.

Sales Closure & Target Achievement

  • Work towards closing sales and achieving quarterly sales quotas by actively following up with prospects and managing the sales pipeline.

Account Research & Relationship Building

  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in the company's offerings to maximize conversion opportunities.
