Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services and generate sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, provide relevant information, and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers, handle objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up Activities: Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback, preferences, and trends to support product and marketing improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
