Inside Sales Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and manage relationships through phone calls, with dentists across India, who are our customers
• Be target-oriented and ensure achievement of monthly targets on a consistent basis
• Develop a good understanding of the products being sold, and ensure effective communication about the same, during calls
• Ensure adherence to all sales processes on a regular basis, to deliver good customer experiences

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Any degree, with 0-2 years experience in inside sales roles
• Sales experience in healthcare or any related industries will be a plus
• Performance track record in delivering on targets consistently

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent time management skills and commitment, to manage daily call numbers, as per plan
• Excellent communication and sales skills, to deliver on targets consistently
• Good problem solving skills, to understand customer requirements and provide apt solutions, to build long-term relationships
