Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by managing leads, building relationships, and closing deals – all through phone, email, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
  • Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
