We are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Engineer with 10-20 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers. This role involves engaging with clients, providing technical solutions, and supporting the sales process to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide post-sale technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotation, PO, Sales order and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements to effectively communicate with clients.
- Can manage team of sales engineers & back office
Skills and Qualifications
- BTech/ BE/ Diploma/ ITI in Electronics/Instrumentation or relevant.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and principles.
- Proficiency in technical product knowledge relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
