Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support both our Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and an organized professional, capable of coordinating a wide range of activities to ensure seamless operations and effective communication with both patients and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

B2C Department Support (Marketing & Communications):

  • Marketing Communications:
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure all patient-facing materials, such as literature, standees, and audio-visual content, are up-to-date and properly displayed.
  • Assist in organizing and executing patient-centric events in collaboration with the Head Office Marcom team.
  • Collect and manage patient testimonials, including written and video content, specifically from Beta HCG positive patients, ensuring a minimum number of video testimonials are secured monthly.
  • Digital Communications:
  • Facilitate the approval process for all digital marketing initiatives to meet project deadlines.
  • PR:
  • Organize and coordinate on-site Public Relations (PR) events in conjunction with the Head Office PR team.
  • Ensure all necessary approvals for PR activities are obtained in a timely manner.

B2B Department Support:

  • Referral Coordination:
  • Coordinate appointments for referred patients (DRP - Doctor Referred Patients).
  • Provide timely feedback to both the referral doctors and the Business Development (BD) team regarding DRPs.
  • Manage the process of referring patients back to their doctors.
  • Administrative & Reporting:
  • Process referral checks in a timely manner.
  • Assist the BD team with daily communication to the center.
  • Coordinate patient referrals and walk-ins.
  • Prepare and send daily and monthly BD reports.
  • Perform analysis on OPD reports, stimulation reports, dashboards, Beta hCG reports, and conversion data.
  • Event & Logistics:
  • Assist with the logistics and organization of marketing events held at the center.
  • Help with requests related to discount policies.

International Marketing Support:

  • Patient & Doctor Coordination:
  • Handle and direct queries from international doctors to the appropriate consultants.
  • Arrange conference calls or Skype meetings between consultants and international patients/doctors.
  • Provide feedback to the team about international patients.
  • Data & Assistance:
  • Maintain data on international patient footfall and revenue.
  • Provide general assistance to international patients as needed.

Educational Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, doctors, and patients.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing data, reports, and documentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to supporting team members.
