Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team.
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Assist in generating sales reports and performance metrics.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and client calls.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and market research activities.
- Address client queries and provide prompt resolutions or escalate as needed.
