Job Description
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements. Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers place online with everything they need.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Interact on various relevant interest groups on LinkedIn and other forums for lead
- generation / brand awareness
