- Front Line Manager for automotive component manufacturing with Lean Manufacturing and Quality Tools exposure

- Knowledge on Industry 4.0 concepts with respect to Man, Machine, Methods, Material

- Ensure manufacturing of product as per TS16949 guidelines

- Daily shop floor management for Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery and 5S.

- Associate management - Head count planning, ensuring discipline.

- Production management - Delivery as per plan, material availability and reporting, work allocation, Tools & Consumable management.

- Deviation reporting & management.

- Trouble shooting in operations management

- Data logging for Management information

- Ensure general conduct inline with safety and other Bosch guidelines & procedures

- Dynamic & young professional with Good Communication & Presentation skills

- Proficiency over English (Kannada Preferred)

Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical/Automotive) with 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing/Automotive Industry
