Job Description

Project Manager

  • As a Project Manager, you are the interface to the business units and external customers
  • Overall project responsibility including technical (cost, time, and quality) to ensure profitability
  • Coordinating all development activities across all project components
  • Interfacing with the customer for all technical issues
  • Leading and liaising with sub-project managers providing regular project status updates.
  • Ensuring system, software, hardware development, integration, testing and release according to defined project delivery dates and quality standards.
  • You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the product development scope, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. In doing so, you manage the R&D budget, which includes engineering costs, production readiness activities, product cost control (PCC), and component-related purchasing from acquistion to QGx5.
  • As a strong negotiator you coordinate production and purchasing to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery
  • Furthermore, you ensure that the required internal and external capacities are available.

Technical Sales Support

  • Support Sales team in sales price management, including techno-commercial analysis
  • Support Salesforce / other CRM management updates for sales reporting
  • Support sales team to manage performance of the customer account, i.e. accounts receivable, current forecast planning, Acquisition Targets (AcT), Price Change Rate (PCR), etc
  • Support sales team for Sample Tracking & monitoring at various stages of project life
  • Purchase order release for sample Invoicing, tracking updating and monitoring development and application cost to customers
  • Support sales team for Project cost and recovery tracking, Price reconciliation of products based on Forex and RM variation, timely management ensuring the PO release from the customer
  • Credit management and Product ECR's
  • Purchase order release for vendors for any external or internal events

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bacherlors or Masters Degree- Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics
  • Personality and Working Practice: good networking, good communication skills, assertive, team-player, negotiation skills, openness and communication are essential for this role
  • Experience and Knowledge: Experience in working with customer / Bosch sales team
