Teamcenter Support
Your contribution:
• You support our customers in all technical and application specific support cases within the Siemens Teamcenter and Autodesk Inventor eco-system – be it via E-Mail or by phone
• Errors No issue for you: you have the solution ready. Independent troubleshooting, root cause analysis in coordination with the Bosch Corporate IT and the functional IT department of the business unit (BMG/BDO) are your daily work
• Ticket to success: You work hand in hand with other departments and the Bosch Corporate IT to successfully process and close tickets customer-oriented
• Cooperation: your close contact with world-wide distributed key-users for Siemens Teamcenter guarantee an effective support hierarchy and a fast ticket resolution within the given SLAs
• You like updates You support Siemens Teamcenter platform version changes with your contributions in updating the training material in close coordination with Department.
• Failures you wanna avoid During Siemens Teamcenter platform changes executing and documenting functional tests are a key factor to success – a phase where you Teamcenter know-how and structural work is requested
Your skills:
• at least 5 years experience in using or administrating Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• 5-10 years experience in using Autodesk Inventor
• 5-10 years experience in IT Support based on an IT Service Management System – ideally BMG Remedy
• at least 5 years experience in ITIL-based incident and problem management
• Reliable, team- and customer oriented and structured way of working
• Communication skills
• Fluent English (C-level)
• Ideally good German language ability (A-level)
