IN_RBIC_ Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager Digitalisation

The role is to support the execution & acceleration of the Digitalization function & support for spreading of Digitalization culture in manufacturing area of ChkP Plant (RBIC-IN).

Support for implementation & maintenance of NEXEED MES system. To develop/support Data analytics,ML & AI use cases using promaster,MDP ,NEXEED MES data. To support BPSi4.0+ . To implement paperless approach(zeegMa). Develop projects on power platform. Implementation of GEN AI solutions & other digitalization tools, MAE Connectivity through devicebridge ,OPC-UA/DA & development of data pipe lines, IT in manufacturing /Operational Technology

Skill, Competency & functional skills Requirements :

• NEXEED MES,MAS & Device-bridge,Power Platform ,PROMASTER,MDP, Power Bi 

• Competent in coding skills( e.g. Python,Py spark ,JAVA,SQL etc.)

• Good understanding of IT in manufacturing (Operational Technology) requirements (CD-4602) .

• Understanding of PLC programming

• Ability to work in cross functional teams with good collaboration & presentation skills

• Quick & passionate learner

• Competent in analytic reasoning and decision making skills.

Primary Responsibility :-

1)Use of data analytics ,ML & AI skills to identify causes of process problems through PROMASTER,MDP,NEXEED-MES data

Key result areas/indicators:- Mfg. KPI improvement, Traceability.

2)Manage the data pipeline and ensure that data is collected, transformed, and made available for analysis and decision making.Execute devicebridge,NEXEED,PROMASTER projects.

Key result areas/indicators : Availability of required machine data for analysis 

3)Responsible for driving (with experts support) the projects involving Implementation of MES projects/configuration of NEXEED MES modules . Ensure availability of MES on MAEs and perform 1st level troubleshooting.

Key result areas/Indicators :Reduce NEXEED MES downtime

4)Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ,value streams, BPS & external partners . Collaboration at RO-IN level & BU level .

Key result areas/Indicators :New Technology Adoption ,Inhouse Solutions,SMART COPY. 

5)Completion of VM essential tasks 

Key result areas/Indicators : i4.0/ITM essential Task completion

5)Support for IT in manufacturing activities like CMDB inventory of IT assets , fire wall rule governance, remote shop floor access, Implementation of various anti virus measures

Qualifications

BE/BTech (ComputerSoftware, IT, Electronics/Electrical,Instrumentation) , 4-5 years in executing Digitalisation , IT in manufacturing/Operational Technology .
