Injection Molding & Blow Molding Machine Maintenance

Ensure proper functioning of injection molding machines, auxiliaries, and automation equipment.

Perform breakdown maintenance and root cause analysis for machine failures.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule.

Monitor hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems for abnormalities.

Calibrate and maintain temperature controllers, heaters, sensors, and PLC systems.

Support continuous improvement activities for productivity and energy efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain 5S in workshop and machine areas.

Maintain maintenance records, reports, and machine history cards.

Support installation and commissioning of new molds and machines.

Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for spare parts and service requirements.

Train and guide technicians/operators on machine and mold handling.
