Job Description

Responsibilities:

Database Calling & Meeting Fixation

  • Call a qualified and verified database to fix meetings for franchisee presentations. Clearly communicate the business opportunity and generate interest among prospective franchise partners.

Event & Meeting Confirmation Management

  • Ensure confirmations and maximize footfall for franchisee events and one-on-one meetings through systematic follow-ups and reminders.

Client Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to reconfirm attendance, address basic queries, and ensure readiness for meetings or presentations.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain records of calls, confirmations, and footfall status, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
