Infrastructure Engineering Advisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Infrastructure Engineering Advisor to join our team. You will help design, build, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure it runs smoothly and securely. Your advice and technical skills will help improve system performance and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, storage, and cloud services
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide expert advice on infrastructure improvements and upgrades
• Work closely with IT teams and other departments to meet technology needs
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with company policies
• Support disaster recovery and backup plans
• Help automate routine infrastructure tasks for efficiency
• Document infrastructure setups, changes, and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking (LAN/WAN), storage, and virtualization
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and management tools
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
