Informatica/L2 Support

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for ETL and BI platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Informatica PowerCenter, Tableau, and related environments
• Perform root cause analysis and production governance
• Collaborate across teams for deployments, readiness, and performance tuning

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure smooth operations across multiple shifts (6 AM–3:30 PM & 12:30 PM–9:30 PM)
• Execute deployment and release tasks within timelines
• Maintain operational readiness documentation and standards
• Monitor and support job scheduling tools like Control-M
