Job Description

Informatica Support:

• Strong expertise in lnformatica and SQL for application support and troubleshooting. Proficiency in ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Splunk for monitoring, logging, and ticket management. Should have knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting
• Experience with Java, CRM, Power BI, and Autosys is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to ensure system stability and performance optimization.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Ability to work in a support environment, manage critical issues, and drive continuous improvements
