Informatica Powercentre / Informatica CDI

Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled Informatica Developer proficient in both Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI). You will design, develop, and manage robust data integration solutions, spanning on-premise ETL and cloud-native data platforms, ensuring data accuracy and availability for critical business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex ETL processes and data pipelines using both Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
• Create and manage mappings, transformations, sessions, workflows, and tasks across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Optimize data integration solutions for performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve data integration issues in development and production settings.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and source/target system owners to define data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Informatica Developer with expertise in both PowerCenter and CDI.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter development (mappings, sessions, workflows, transformations).
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) / IICS, including cloud mapping configuration, task design, and connectors.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schemas, Slowly Changing Dimensions).
• Expertise in SQL and experience with various relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata).
• Experience with ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting for automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Informatica certifications (e.g., PowerCenter Developer, CDI/IICS Specialist).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of data integration projects.
• Knowledge of other Informatica products (e.g., Data Quality, MDM, Axon).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
