Informatica PowerCenter

 (Roles and Responsibilities):

• Perform development and maintenance using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x
• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into ETL solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents efficiently
• Communicate directly and effectively with clients for issue resolution and requirement clarification
• Participate in end-to-end ETL process design, development, and optimization
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and Informatica workflows
• Work on job scheduling, monitoring, and automation
• Support Knowledge Management activities in line with Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms
• Create technical documentation and maintain best practices in ETL development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery of projects

Business Justification:

• Niche ETL skillset not readily available in the ADM service line
