Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with relevant nano, micro, and macro influencers across platforms
- Manage all aspects of influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and content briefing
- Coordinate and track content delivery, approvals, and performance timelines
- Collaborate with social media, PR, and brand teams to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Maintain and update the influencer CRM or database
- Stay up to date on platform trends, influencer behavior, FTC guidelines, and competitor strategies
- Support or manage affiliate and ambassador programs
- Leverage tools such as GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence, or manual sourcing to scale programs
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand collaborations
- Proven ability to execute successful influencer campaigns (paid and organic)
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and creator culture
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation skills and budget management experience
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign data and optimize future efforts
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and campaign management tools
- Self-starter with excellent project management and time management abilities
- Passion for branding, content, and digital culture
