Industrial and GME Supply Chain Project Specialist

Role Summary

As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be part of the global Industrial and Marine Supply Chain team, playing a key role in supporting the growth strategy of the Industrial, Marine and Energy (IGME) businesses across global markets. You will drive and deliver strategic supply chain projects, leverage analytics to support business decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and value creation.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive and support the supply chain strategy aligned with IGME business growth plans across key markets.
• Lead and execute high-impact supply chain projects and initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Analyze business and supply chain data to extract insights, spot trends, and provide performance reports that support decision-making.
• Build dashboards and databases that deliver meaningful supply chain intelligence.
• Work towards cost competitiveness through efficient project execution and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, technology, sales, and finance teams to drive outcomes and align business goals.

Experience & Qualifications Required

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations and project management
• Master's degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in project delivery with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to influence decisions
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven
