Accounts Reconciliation
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- GST Return Management: Prepare, verify, review, and accurately file periodic GST tax returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings (e.g., Form GSTR 9).
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of input tax credit as per GSTR-2B with the company's books of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- GST Legal & Compliance: Apply working knowledge of GST legal provisions and compliance requirements to ensure all filings and processes are in accordance with the law.
- ERP System Understanding: Demonstrate the ability to understand the functioning of various ERP systems used at client locations to extract relevant data for GST compliance.
- Advisory & Support: Provide support and advice on various GST-related matters as required.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in the preparation, verification, review, and filing of periodic GST tax returns.
- Expertise in reconciliation of input tax credit as per GSTR-2B and books.
- Ability to prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns and GST Annual Return (Form GSTR 9).
- Working knowledge of GST legal provisions and compliances.
- Ability to understand the functioning of various ERP systems.
