Job Description

  • Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation
  • Handle a wide range of Indian cuisines including North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, Rajasthani, and Gujarati
  • Plan, design, and update menus while preserving authenticity and consistency
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Supervise, train, and guide junior chefs, CDPs, DCDPs, and commis staff
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
  • Develop new recipes or customize traditional dishes based on customer preferences
  • Coordinate with management to improve kitchen efficiency and overall guest satisfaction
