Incoming Inspector

Roles Responsibilities

• Need to prepare daily inspection plan from ERP.
• Addressing issues arriving resolutions for the incoming assembly issues on daily basis.
• Raise the NCR in the Quality Quest system.
• Able to read understand quickly the item drawings standards.
• Need to review supplier inspection reports MTC s.
• Items to handle is castings, forgings, machining items, rubber items other standard bought-outs.
• Need to identify the opportunities for improvement of the items processes at various levels also from the issues.
• Need to attend various safety trainings provided by the company adhering to the safety requirements as the first-priority ensuring the stakeholders adherence.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulations by the team.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills

• ITI pass with 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience in all aspects of QA including inspection of castings machined items, thorough drawing study, usage of all measuring instruments / equipment s.
• Understanding of product / process flow.
• Ability to learn a new process quickly manage the team.
• Basic knowledge in using Emails, MS Office QA module in ERP.
• Able to communicate appropriately.
• Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude.
