Incharge - Final inspection & Testing

• Perform/Monitors all electrical tests on RMU 11 kV to 36 kV in both H21 F10 plant.
• Planning of LV testing final inspection activities manpower as per priority as per monthly plan.
• Manager/guide all LV testing Final inspection team to perform achieve desired testing output.
• Responsible for preparing monitoring LV testing, final inspection rejection data on monthly basis.
• Prepare, circulate and monitor in-process rejection data on weekly basis.
• Read and analyse electrical schematics, assembly drawings component drawings.
• Preparation of test certificate, inspection documents, Witness certificate.
• Analyse and troubleshoot on in house rejection in testing using appropriate engineering calculations, analysis tools.
• Carrying out Customer inspection close all the hold points
• Prepare QMS, EMS and EHS system documentation and provides quality performance trends
• Provide Training to shop floor operators.
• Maintaining 100% safety and appropriate compliance in Testing/Inspection activity.
• Recommend change requests to engineering (design), customers as continuous improvements to current and new products

Tasks

• Weekly release LV testing Final inspection performance to team.
• Conduct monthly rejection analysis meeting decide action with CFT.
• Participate in daily production meeting, various CFT meetings to understand priorities of business and accordingly delegate tasks to team members.
• Prepare monthly report for Quality.

Education

BE/B Tech Electrical/Electronics.

Experience

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in field of quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience in ISO Standards for ISO 9001 Material standards.
• Hands on experience of electrical testing of switchgear.
