Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Inbound Sales Manager at Adobe, you will drive consultative selling for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions, engaging with international clients to deliver value-based solutions and expand Adobe's customer footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consultative and value-based selling for Adobe solutions such as Adobe Sign, Substance, and Stock.
  • Manage inbound customer interactions across calls, chats, and digital tools to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to strategize and execute sales initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce, MS Excel, and other CRM and analytics tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Engage with diverse client bases across international markets and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance revenue growth.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies, tools, and market trends in the SaaS ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2-8 years of international B2B SaaS sales experience across US, EMEA, APAC, or ANZ regions.
  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS landscape and consultative/value-based selling techniques.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Excel, and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Exclusions:

  • Ed-tech sales experience, non-IT sales experience, domestic-only exposure, no SaaS sales exposure.
